WoodStone Groundcover FAQ's
What Is WoodStone Groundcover?
WoodStone groundcover is a beautiful, multi-color earthtone natural shale (stone) groundcover product that looks similar to bark groundcover but it never needs to be replaced..... saving time, work and money.
How Does Using WoodStone Groundcover In My Borders And Landscape (Instead Of Bark) Save Me Money?
Compared to other stone groundcovers and many bulky bark groundcovers, WoodStone's thin, oblong shape enables you to cover more ground with less groundcover product.
And it's comparable light weight means that you pay less for shipping (by weight) to haul or to have more groundcover per load delivered to your home or work site..... adding up to additional savings.
What saves you the most time, work and money when you use WoodStone groundcover in your landscape, though, is the fact that it never needs to be replaced..... saving BIG MONEY season after season and year after year!
And because WoodStone groundcover is a very low-maintenance groundcover product that doesn't fade, deteriorate or rot away, you'll also save considerably on maintenance costs throughout the year..... year after year.
How Can I Get The "Look" Of Bark Groundcover That I Want Without The Hassle & Cost Of Replacing And Maintaining Bark Groundcover?
If you love the "look" of bark groundcover but not necessarily the hassle and expense of constantly replacing or maintaining bark, then you'll love WoodStone! Once installed, WoodStone never needs to be replaced and, unlike bark, it's "look" only deepens and improves with time and exposure to the elements.
For your next landscape project or when it comes time to replace the old, faded bark in your borders and landscape just simply contact a WoodStone distributor near you and replace your bark for the last time with WoodStone groundcover.
Where Can I Buy WoodStone Groundcover?
Currently WoodStone can be purchased from several quality distributors located in the Spokane, Washington - Coeur d' Alene, Idaho area, as well as in Walla Walla, Washington - Milton-Freewater, Oregon and Moscow, Idaho.
Within a very short period of time WoodStone has become THE replacement groundcover product for bark (especially with bark supplies dwindling at the rate they currently are) for those who have seen it, used it and "discovered" it. In fact, WoodStone's popularity is growing very rapidly as people "discover" it.

In What Ways Can WoodStone Groundcover Be Used In The Landscape?
WoodStone is much more than just a groundcover. Of course, WoodStone can and is used in the landscape in all of the same ways that other stone or bark groundcovers are used..... in borders, display areas and flowerbeds, etc.
However, in addition, WoodStone works absolutely wonderful in and around streams, ponds and other water features where bark groundcover can't be and isn't used. WoodStone's "wet look" is natural and quite stunning..... enhancing any water feature it's used in.
WoodStone's flat, thin and oblong shape also makes it the ideal groundcover product to use on steeper banks or slopes. It's shape actually enables WoodStone to "stay put" much better than other round stone groundcovers (that tend to roll on banks or slopes) and it doesn't wash away on a downhill slope like bark groundcover does.
